  As a Program Manager, I oversee a diverse range of Micromobility projects for the Buenos Aires City Government. My responsibilities include monitoring and offering solutions for bike-sharing systems, electric scooters, personal bicycles city parking garages, statistical data collection and sharing, and interdepartmental planning.   During my tenure as CEO of HK Security Services, I led a team of 25 administrative employees and 350 security guards. My focus on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and employee empowerment contributed to the company's growth and success.

• 2005 - 2011: Regional Director of Legal Technologies, FTI Inc. for Latin-America, Miami, FL

  As the Information Technology Director, Legal Technologies Director, and Digital Forensics expert, I was tasked with running the day-to-day operations of nine offices, two hundred users, various computer systems, as well as providing advice and expert witness testimony in Computer Forensic cases, as well as any technology-related issue.

• 1997 - 2005: Regional Director of Information Technology for Kroll Inc. Latin-America, Miami, FL

  As the Director of Information Technology, I spearheaded the day-to-day operations of six offices across Latin America. During my tenure, I took charge of managing servers, workstations, local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), firewalls, security policies, and user manuals. Additionally, I provided supervision and leadership to the Tech Support department, ensuring smooth and efficient technology operations throughout the region.
