About Me
I solve problems for a living. More precisely, I predict them and prevent them before they become critical. That's what drives me—the challenge of seeing around corners, anticipating failure points, and building systems that work.
For over 20 years, I've led complex technical programs across public and private sectors. I lived and worked in the United States for 20 years with US companies before returning to Argentina. As a Release Train Engineer, I facilitate Program Increment planning and coordinate Agile Release Trains across multiple teams. I wrote the $480M tender for Buenos Aires' Ecbici smart-mobility platform. I currently lead MovilBA, the city's unified transportation management system, where we use AI models (LSTM for predictions, Isolation Forest for fraud detection) to manage buses, taxis, and public transport at scale.
I'm not a typical program manager. I learned to code 40 years ago—not as a career, but because I needed to manage technical teams effectively. For years, I kept pace with technology. Then Node.js, React, Next.js, TypeScript, and serverless functions arrived, and I realized I needed to truly catch up. I spent a year training intensively, completing a full-stack development program (Top 10% at CoderHouse). Now I can review pull requests, approve architecture decisions, and speak the same language as my developers. I don't just use Jira daily to manage multiple teams and projects—I build Next.js applications that integrate with the Atlassian API to automate workflows and update tickets programmatically.
I'm also a registered nurse. I went to nursing school specifically to volunteer in community health centers and primary care facilities. It's given me an unexpected advantage—when projects touch biology, health sciences, or healthcare tech, I understand both the technical and clinical perspectives.
Through Pensanta.com, I help organizations navigate digital transformation—whether that's migrating to Google Workspace, building custom software solutions, or serving as an external Product Owner bridging clients and development teams.
I bridge worlds: public sector and private enterprise, business strategy and technical execution, code and people. If you need someone who can write a tender, review TypeScript, facilitate SAFe PI Planning, and understand a clinical workflow—we should talk.
